    Athom Switches keep showing as "No Response"

    in Homekit related

    These switches are sold as Homekit accessory when they are not an approved Apple Homekit product, even worse they do not keep their setting and continually show as "No Response' in the Home App with no automations working. I have rebooted the Homekit App, still same problem, all my other Homekit devices are fine, only the ones purchased from Athom.tech. The only way you can reconnect the switches is to cut power to them and reconnect them to the network.


    Any solutions out there to this?

    Hi I have the same proble but my versiones of HomePod is the 15.2, but the firmware is 0.1 for a SW032US, how is possible update to 0.8.1

    Same Issue. For me when I'm not on the same WiFi it works correctly

    Hi Paulo_232 and Sergio. I can confirm the same issue. To help in my investigation can you tell me the version of firmware you are running on the Athom Switches and the version of IOS you are checking with? What I can tell you so far from my testing: Athom Firmware Version: 0.8.1 IOS Fimrware 15.1.1: Does not report correctly IOS Firmware 15.0.1: Does Report Correctly from MAcOS 10.15.7: Does Report Correctly Commanded from multiple Apple Homepod and Homepod Min (Various Fimrware versions): Changes and Reports correctly Athom Switches Flashed with Home Assistant Architect: Work with all versions of IOS MacOS and HomePods. So there seems to be something in the current Athom firmware that is causing issues with IOS 15.1.1. Let me know your versions as this will help Athom get to the issue I think. Cheers, Jays

    @sergio thanks for that. What version of the Athom firmware are you running and have you tried control over cellular only (wifi turned off)?

    Hi, I have same problem.


    1 and 2 gang switches

    firmware: 0.8.1


    Home center Apple TV and HomePod with new iOS 15.3


    If I try switch on/off via browser control, the devices works right. But via HomeKit its a problem.
