Hi. Does anyone know how much power the plug itsself consumes just for running. I want to know when it becomes less efficient to have the power plug turning things on and off in very low drain devices. Many Thanks

Hi,
A smartplug with ESPHome is using 0.7 W in off state and 1.3 W in on state (that is when the relay is pulled on).
A very efficient mobile phone charger usually consumes a little less than half a Watt.
