    Wifi reconnect

    in Wall Switch

Is there a way to configure auto-reconnect or at least a power on connection delay.

I have a Homekit version of 2 gang switch with mechanical buttons that is installed in my summer house. It controls outside lights via Homekit automations. Power supply for the house is not stable, so it loses power a couple of times a month. Every time power recovers the switch tries to reconnect to the wifi-router, but it's not ready yet (it takes up to 2 minutes to initialize). Or maybe the swithc resets after a power outage? If so, that's even worse. So, the switch stays disconnected (with a pink LED) in unknown state (on or off) until I come to the house and reset connection to the Wifi.

Is there a way to solve this problem?

It often comes into question what is the best wall mount for such big TVs, can you mount a 75-inch tv on the wall, are tv wall mounts universal, what size screws are used to mount a Samsung tv, and even can you hang a curved tv on a regular wall mount? Read till the end to have all such questions answered.

There is also a guide in the end after https://wallmountedhub.com/best-wall-mounts-for-82-inch-tv/

I've already contacted and I was told that my version of athom switch is not supported. Which is dumb.

If the current version is greater than or equal to 0.3, it can be solved by upgrading the firmware, if you want to upgrade, you can contact us by email

@Athom_Support How do I update my E27s so that in case of a power failure they reconnect to my wifi network without needing to reconfigure them?

I have same issue with smart plug devices, it seam that WiFi scan after power up is too short and by the time my Network recover from power up the switch stop trying to connect. Which then i need manually to force it to re-connect by removing it's from power and connect it back to power.

Is there other solution for this problem?
