    BR30 Lights no Blue

    in WLED Related

    Hello,

Just purchased a set of 6 BR30 LED's running WLED. I just noticed something on all of them, but there is no Blue. The colors work except when you select a color from the color wheel that has blue in it and the lights immediately become all white at the brightest possible setting with a slight red tint (only slight). The RGB settings seem correct as all of the other colors seem to be correct. This is the case with all 6 of them. I've done a factory reset on one of them and that didn't make a difference. Setting LED output to PCM RGB fixes it, however you get no "White" slider to turn on the White LED's. So it might just be a a default GPIO setting that is wrong, but I see one other post with the settings I have.

    My settings are PWM RGB+CCT 4, 12, 14, 13, 5

Running the WLED version it came with, 0.13.0-b6

Being a history student, I always have to contribute in terms of new research and findings. My research projects are often so overwhelming that I could hardly spare time to complete my writings. This is when I realized I need a helping hand with my assignments and I placed an order on this website. I always use this website for help ever since and the writers always come through assignmentmavens reviews

You can upgrade the firmware in the link below. After the upgrade is complete, a reset is required.

Actually I think I figured it out. The GPIOs order appears to be either incorrect from the factory or possibly wired incorrectly on my bulbs. PWM RGB+CCT seems to be okay, but the order has to be 4, 12, 14, 5, 13. Tried it on a few of my BR30 Bulbs and I can get correct color as well as the white only LED's working now. I know this is a new product, but you might want to either reflash these before shipping them out, or include paperwork on how to fix this. Hope this helps someone out trying to use these new WLED bulbs.
