Upgrade WLED Sounds Reactive Addressable LED Strip Controller

I bought WLED Sounds Reactive Addressable LED Strip Controller and tried to integrate it to my home assistant.

Home assistant needs at least v0.14. On the controller v0.13.3 is installed.

I have read that there are often problems with the OTA upgrade. Can I upgrade the controller OTA and which version can I use?
