I've setup and configured the ZG01 in Homeassistan. It works, however, the ZigBee device range is about 5 feet making it useless. Any advice on improving the range?

i've connected the antenna that came with the unit, and tried some other high gain antennas. No change. Could be a faulty unit.
Please connect the black antenna in the box. Also, is there a problem with your device itself?
